The 25th Science Fiction Marathon witnessed the completion of Krash's mural, cold weather of 10-20 degrees Fahrenheit outdoors and extremely warm weather inside the auditorium. There was a turnout of 300+ people. The 5 people (Tim Smith, Lyle Deavers, Dave Franduto, Krash, and Charley Knox, cofounder and projectionist) who have been to every Marathon were immortalized on the t-shirts created by Krash depicting the completed mural.
